Become a theatrical leader!
HMT offers a fun and exciting CIT (Counselors in Training) program to get teens involved in a leadership role.
All CIT’s will be very involved with the theatre process.
Be an integral part of putting on a show!
(And a chance to have a feature performance in the show as well!)
It is our goal to give the CIT campers the skills that will allow them to assume additional leadership positions in the future, and perhaps even as paid counselors and staff at Hope Musical Theatre in the years to come!

TUITION:
(Basic tuition includes all camp supplies, HMT T-shirt, recommendation letter, pizza lunch on show days, donuts Day 1 and 5, daily fun snacks and more!)
Basic Tuition = $700
TIME: 8:30am – 4:15pm
CAST PHOTO ($30) **2 Photos Included: A theatrical group photo of the full cast of actors and CIT’s in COSTUME rand MAKEUP right before their show and a fun cast photo in their colorful camp shirts!)
PHOTO SLIDESHOW ($50) **Get an inside glimpse and experience the amazing week at HMT camp thru fun photos and videos captured each day!
*NEW* *CAMPER PHOTO PACKAGE* ($75) (3 photos included)
This year we are offering print ready photos of your special camper that will be emailed. Included:
1. A posed photo of your camper in Makeup and COSTUME before the show!
2. A fun CANDID shot of your individual CIT in action!
3. A great SOLO shot of your CIT rehearsing!

- CAMP 1: JUNE 3 – JUNE 7
- CAMP 2: JUNE 10 – JUNE 14
- CAMP 3: JUNE 17 – JUNE 21
- CAMP 4: JUNE 24 – JUNE 28
- CAMP 5: JULY 1 – JULY 5
*Mandatory camp July 4th* - CAMP 6: JULY 8 – JULY 12
- CAMP 7: JULY 15 – JULY 19
- CAMP 8: JULY 22 – JULY 26
- CAMP 9: JULY 29 – AUGUST 2
**(Bring a snack, bag lunch & water – Daily Afternoon Snack provided. Popsicles are provided each day after lunch & Pizza Party included on Show Day!)
It is GREAT if you have theatre experience but NOT mandatory.
The counselors will be VERY busy helping out with creating our show:
- leading drama games
- practicing lines and dances with campers
- helping paint sets (and other fun art projects)
- daily snack set up/clean up and distribution
- tech crew back stage for the shows
- ….and many many more exciting activities**CITs will be considered leadership “Senior” campers. It is important to remember that CITs are considered campers, not staff members.
We are looking for LOUD leaders!
The more the CIT’s take charge, the more fun roles & responsibilities we can give them.
It will be a blast for all!
HMT provides a pizza lunch on SHOW DAYS!
CIT’s are welcome to sign up for as many sessions as they would like.
